Job Details1.\tBuild goodwill and strong relationship with customer via regular visits and phone contacts. 2.\tProvide quotation to any RFQ from existing or potential customer and ensure that the product specifications offered to the customers are within the factory\xe2\x80\x99s capability. 3.\tCoordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure all orders are meeting customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. 4.\tCoordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure all related billing document or payment are meeting company requirements. 5.\tCoordinate with customers and internal departments in the development of new product including handling of customer property. 6.\tCoordinate and ensure smooth & proper handling of customer \xe2\x80\x98s complaints, feedback, enquiries, requisition, customer specific requirement and other related customer service function where appropriate including communicating them internally to related department and process. 7.\tExecute marketing/sales strategies set by the MaCompany Details
