Minimum 3 years related experience with minimum 2 years sales experience in sales operation
Management or distributor management
Experience in the Baby/Pharmacy/FMCG industry is an added advantage
Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin

Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning, monitoring and achievement of the sales budget
Set, manage and lead customers in the achievement of qualitative and quantitative KPIs
Build a good network of customers, by developing a strong personal rapport with the key customers e.g. supermarket buyers, baby shop owner/manager, pharmacy chain, etc.
Ensures optimal display, brand exposure & sell-through for the company\'s brands & products at store level and/or online, etc. / 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) execution at all times.
Managed a team for specific accounts that require stock replenishment, visual merchandising, etc. whilst managing set promotion campaigns within budget
Propose, carry out and ensure full compliance of the company\'s trade investment processes, and effective returns to investment undertaken
Report, analyse and share all competitive and trending activities and recommend effective counter actions to maintain and/or increase the share of business and sales
Negotiate trade deal contracts, terms and conditions, as well as extend promotion mechanics and campaigns with customers to meet and exceed sales targets
Able to plan, organize, follow up and execute business reviews with key customers
