Experience in telesales and/or telemarketing. Previous experience in the ICT industry is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers over the phone and email.
Strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving performance.
Familiarity with RM systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient in English and Malay.
Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outbound calls or emails to existing customers to generate interest in Machines\' products/solutions and identify upsell opportunities.
Identify and qualify opportunities through leads generated at the retail stores and HQ. networking, and referrals. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Engage with existing customers to understand their current or future needs, provide relevant information, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the RM system.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance arising from base management initiatives.
Work closely with the sales team to align on base management initiatives and campaigns.
