Position: Technical Sales Executive/ Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

Salary Up To RM5000

Location: Shah Alam

s:

• Assist TSM to market and manage the sales of wood adhesives, Formalin, Foundry resins, Rockwool adhesives and others related products To develop and establish new business.
• To manage payment collections, credit control on customers To carry out technical services.
• Collect payment when customers payment falls due
• Provide technical services and assist in trouble-shooting on customer process problem
• Develop new businesses & new customers
• Give quotation to customers based on approved prices
• Work together with R&D department to develop new products to meet customers\' needs
• Attend customers\' complaints promptly
• Conduct annual customers\' satisfaction survey
• Monitor on time delivery
• Assist TSM prepare weekly sales update, monthly marketing report, yearly sales budget
• Conduct credit review to all customers at least once a year
• Get approval on selling prices
• Verify, maintain and control departmental ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Adhere to all OSH regulations.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior.

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experiences.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point.
• Able to understand and speak Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
• Able to write Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to drive and travel outstation.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
