Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
• Minimum 1-2 years\' experience in building materials or related industry or its equivalent.
• Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical IT or equivalent.
• Mandarin speaking is added advantage due to client mostly speaking mandarin.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
• Position title will depends on the work experience.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies and plans aimed at increasing consumer awareness, sales, market share and profits.
• Assist Regional Sales & Marketing Manager in the preparation of annual budgets and accurate sales forecasts for own area of responsibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with major and minor customers driving volume and brand loyalty in own area of responsibility.
• Work with technical function to deliver high quality products to our customers.
• Ensure you actively apply best practice sales and selling skill and implement meeting planning prior to face-to-face calls, building rapport during meetings, apply the Sales Pyramid, different our product offer, explain company\'s competitive advantages, ask open questions, handle objections professionally, apply the skills of negotiation, close the deal where appropriate and ensure you have high levels of product and technical knowledge.
