Vacancy: Sales Executive Location: Subang Jaya Salary: RM3,000 to RM4,000 Benefits: 5-day week, performance bonus, staff purchase, PA, medical, etc Job Type: Permanent : \xef\x83\xbc Prepare proposals including full costing quotations for customers w. payment follow up for overdue customers \xef\x83\xbc Lead sales merchandising for listed sku\xe2\x80\x99s in key customer\xe2\x80\x99s accounts for consignment sales and maintenance of all customer pricing with items listed in master country map \xef\x83\xbc Responsible to supervise and manage merchandiser in retail sectors across ensuring meeting the requirement of Performance Index (KPI) and objectives set. \xef\x83\xbc Monitor and administer all matters related to customer satisfaction for the retail outlets. \xef\x83\xbc Consistently communicate with the Retail Store Manager or Employees on information\xe2\x80\x99s relation to shop operations, promotions and others. \xef\x83\xbc Ensure retail outlets are visited regularly to ensure the outlets are managed effectively and efficiently. \xef\x83\xbc To provide after sales services to end user products and attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints with regards to products. \xef\x83\xbc To provide monthly/quarterly sales forecast and assist with Budget \xef\x83\xbc To provide feedbacks and work closely with Sales & Marketing team to achieve company objectives \xef\x83\xbc Develop and execute action plans from exploring business opportunities and possible sales leads; \xef\x83\xbc To check, verify and validate rebates invoices sent by key customers accounts and report disputes if any difference from the contract signed. \xef\x83\xbc Ensuring healthy stock level by leading Inventory stock count for merchandiser on consignment outlets based on monthly basis at all retails outlets \xef\x83\xbc Assist in reducing aging inventories & Excess and Obsolete Inventories \xef\x83\xbc To conduct competitor survey on the products features, prices and the activities that is taking place in other surrounding outlets. \xef\x83\xbc Ensure retail employees adheres to 100 % compliance on all company and localauthorities\xe2\x80\x99 policies and procedures. \xef\x83\xbc To ensure overall retail outlets operations are managed effectively in order to achieve sales targets, maximizing profitability and productivity, increase customer satisfaction and ensuring continuous business growth. Job Requirements: - Minimum Diploma holder qualifications. Ideally in Marketing - Good working knowledge of excel, word and Power Point - Have prior experience in selling bed linen and bedding products to department stores and liaising with HQ buyers on assortment, promotions and new launches - Languages: able to speak English, Chinese & BM.
