Responsibilities
Develop and implement a sales strategy to gain new potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Develops sales strategy for given areas / territories by applying marketing tactics and assessing trends and results.
Promote and sell our snack food products to customers in assigned territories or accounts.
Develop new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads, and building relationships with potential customers.
Achieve sales targets by meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide timely and accurate information to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our snack food products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, pricing, and promotional activities.
Maintain market competency by keeping an eye on costs, competition, supply and demand.
Motivate & coach the sales team to achieve revenue growth whilst implementing good quality sales.
