Job Description
- Responsible For Achleving Sales Targets Within Johor State Including Northern Johor, Product Line Or Group Of Accounts, By Contacting Established Customers And Developing New Prospects
- To Present Company Products To Potential And Existing Customers With The Alm Of Making Sales
- Promote Products To Developer, Contractors, Distributors, Architect And Consultants
- Keep Abreast With Competitors\' Activities, Service Distributors, Contractors, Consultants, Developer And Authorities; Expand Existing And New Networks For Maximum Coverage.
- "To Cooperate And Coordinate With Related Departments To Meet Customers\' Expectations
- Maintain Customer\'s Credit Discpline And Also Monitor Debtors Aging From Credit Terms Given To Customers
- Adapt And Work In A Very Competitive Environment And Meet Sales Targets
- Adheres To All Company Policies, Procedures And Business Ethics Codes And Ensures That They Are Communicated And Implemented Within The Team.
Job requirement
- Candidate must possess at least certificate/Diploma in any discipline
- Required language(3): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in constructions
- Computer literate
- Confident, aggressive, target oriented and positive working attitude
- Possess own transport and willing to travelling around Johor.
Additional requirements: 1. Go out to the field to meet customer, consultants, visit project sites to get sales; 2. Promote products to developer, contractors, distributors, architect and consultants; 3. Have some experience in selling construction related materials, networking with hardware shops; 4. Monitor debtors aging from credit terms given to customers. 5. Min 2-3 years of working experience in constructions and building materials.
