3) Develop opportunities to cross-sell products to existing and new clients.
4) Maintain an accurate, ongoing and robust sales pipeline at all time.
5) Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
6) Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
7) Developing and leveraging on company's branding and professional profile.
8) Retention of accounts through customer service excellence.
9) Gathering and sharing of market intelligence.
10) To ensure timely response from client queries and RFQ's;
11) To drive and achieve department goal in accordance with company directions;
12) Manage account receivables at all time & follow up on AR issues with clients;
13) Any other task that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
