• Preferably 2 year (s) or above of working experience in Sales Designer Team
• Strong drive to meet monthly sales targets
• A team player with leadership abilities
• Possess own transport
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• The ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

Tanggungjawab

Client Consultation:

• Meet with potential clients to discuss their design needs and preferences.
• Understand the client\'s vision for their space, whether it\'s a home, office, retail, or other commercial space.
• Ask questions to determine the client\'s budget, timeline, and functional requirements.

Design Development:

• Create interior design concepts based on the client\'s needs and preferences.
• Develop detailed plans, including layouts, furniture selection, color schemes, and lighting.
• Use software such as AutoCAD & 3Ds Max to create visual representations for clients.

Sales and Presentation:

• Present design concepts to clients, explaining the rationale behind the choices made.
• Provide samples of materials, fabrics, and finishes to help clients visualize the design.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of the proposed design.

Estimation and Quoting:

• Work with the estimation team to develop accurate project cost estimates.
• Prepare quotations for clients based on the proposed design, materials, labor, and other project costs.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design and sales process.
• Address any concerns or questions clients may have, providing exceptional customer service.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on the progress of their project.

Collaboration with Team:

• Coordinate with the design team to ensure the feasibility of proposed designs.
• Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure that design specifications are met during the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisor to solve all those site issues.

Documentation and Administration:

• Prepare contracts and agreements outlining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, design changes, and project details.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for the project.

Post-Sales Support:

• Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Address any post-installation issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve the design and sales process.
