- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Familiarity with the furniture industry is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in the renovation field
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
- Prepare accurate quotations and invoices.
- Coordinate and manage site progress with the contractors, and relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of the plan
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
