Job Description
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
- Experience with computational design.
- Project management on site experience.
- Portfolio of design work.
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Render Software (3D Max, V-Ray,Corona), Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or other relevant tools.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a Bachelor / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in interior design & architecture.
- Develop and present creative interior design concepts to clients.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the project runs smoothly.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Source and select materials, furniture, and accessories according to project requirements.
- Manage project budgets and timelines efficiently.
- Provide design advice and solutions to clients.
- Ensure all design work complies with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technology.
