Job Description


Position: Key Account Executive Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (contract extension/convert to permanent based on performance) Working Hour/Day: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm Job scope You will be reporting to the Assistant Key Account Manager of Business Assurance Supplier Management You will need to generating sales and driving revenue growth for the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients & new clients. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. You will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to selling products or services. To lead in audit coordination and scheduling for BASM auditing activities. This involves effective cost and optimum resource scheduling. You will need to plan and ensure audit is carried out as per defined frequency within the time frame to avoid suspension and termination of customer certificate. To keep track of revenue generation from auditing scheduling activities and present it to Head of Business Assurance. To learn, understand and master various BASM programme available (e.g., Amazon, Tesco, L\'Oreal etc.). You will be the main focal point of liaison with various clients, within Malaysia and outside of Malaysia. You will also be the main focal point for Intertek Global Team across the globe. There will be monthly & bi-weekly reporting that need to be presented and generated for the Global Team. To generate quotation to customers of BASM on various programme available within Intertek. To learn and master Coordination Procedure (COP) for various programmes within BASM. You will need to have strong follow up and communication skills to ensure issues are resolved quickly within reasonable timeline. You will need to respond to client enquiries in a knowledgeable manner and work closely with other cross operations (e.g., Finance, HR) and managers. Monitor completeness of audit packages, NCR due for responses and then communicate to auditors and auditees to ensure audit packs are ready for technical review process, NCR are timely responded. You will need to work with Head of Business Assurance to support BASM in managing and scheduling training programmes for the auditors to coincide with customer database. Have a solid foundation in Excel and PowerPoint. Job Qualifications Diploma or Degree in any field At least 1 - 2 years in the industry or related experience Sales executive in certification body experience and similar is preferred. Willing to travel within Malaysia to meet client (Klang Valley, Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan & Penang). Able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage.
