Job Responsibilities

Support daily sales and trading operations within the Parts Division, ensuring smooth coordination with all relevant parties. Manage sales orders, shipping arrangements, and documentation in line with general trade and supply chain requirements. Work closely with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Prepare quotations, sales reports, forecasts, and other related documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in local and international business activities, including customer visits, supplier meetings, and occasional travel assignments. Maintain active communication with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues efficiently. Conduct basic market research, competitor tracking, and performance reporting to support business growth. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance operational effectiveness. Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Trading, preferably in import/export, supply chain, or related functions. Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.*
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP/ERP is an added advantage. Willing to travel locally and internationally when required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with various teams and external partners. Adaptable to fast-paced environments and able to multitask effectively. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and results-driven approach. Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills. Independent, proactive, and capable of handling responsibilities with minimal supervision. Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge of Japanese or Mandarin is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
