Location: No. 9, Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah E 9/E, Seksyen 9, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor
Salary: From RM3,500 (based on experience) + commission

About the Role
This role is responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the retail team and meeting defined sales targets. The position requires experience in team supervision, customer service and retail processes.
Responsibilities
Oversee store operations, scheduling and stock control
Lead and support staff to meet performance expectations
Monitor sales results and complete reporting as required
Ensure store presentation and customer service standards
Handle customer enquiries and problem resolution
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field
At least 5 years experience in retail management
Ability to supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
Own transport required
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary from RM3,500 and above
Commission based on performance
