- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to attain revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and supervise key distribution plants across the region.
- Supervise the preparation of quotations for clients.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales management experience ranging from 5 to 8 years in the woodworking or building construction material industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is an added advantage.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
