JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for achieving the overall sales function and activities of the projects with the aim of achieving the Company's sales targets.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities, sales plans, and marketing strategies.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and property development requirements.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns, monitor progress, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to ensure project competitiveness, accurate pricing, and effective marketing strategies, while building strong product differentiation through benchmarking.
- Coordinate and implement sales activities, including events, public relations, and advertising.
- Ensure sales data and reports are updated accurately and on time.
- Min 5 years of experience in managing sales team
- Strong knowledge & Experience in sales management/coordination
- Experience from Property Development company/real estate company
