Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the suitable candidate shall be an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales An exciting Sales Manager position has just been made available in one of the most renowned Semiconductor ManufacturingSectors . Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the suitable candidate shall be an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager from the Semiconductor industry executing the following responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer key decision makers to grow customer trust. Strategize and plan for the business development and marketing strategies to penetrate the market in assigned territory, expand the existing customer base and convert the customers into potential revenues for the company. Identify sales improvements and find opportunities by understanding current industry trends, market activities, and competitors' strategies/activities. Identify the customers' needs and provide immediate support to them to maintain the satisfaction rate of the customer, and then convert them into happy customers. Ensure the highest standards of service delivery on the phone and face-to-face services to existing & new customers, increasing the possibility to convert the customers into long-term clients. Partner with the Sales Director to develop and execute a winning sales strategy for the company. Collaborate with the finance and accounting team to ensure the customer's prompt payment within the approved credit term. Regularly monitor sales performance to ensure the assigned sales and profit margin targets are met. To succeed in the position, you are required to be self-motivated and result-oriented in expanding the customer base and converting them into revenues for the company. Experience Requirements: At least 10 years of total experience in Engineering / Business functions within the reputable and successful Semiconductor Industry. Full Sales, Technical Services experience. Minimum of 5 years of management in Business Development function. Reliable, honest, outspoken, and used to regular and transparent reporting. High integrity, respect for colleagues with an entrepreneurial spirit. Willing to travel within Malaysia 80% of the year.
