  • Responsible for the promotion and sales of all products of the resort, including but not limited to rooms, catering, banquets, etc
  • Complete sales targets and related tasks set by the resort
  • Develop sales plans and obtain approval from the Director of Sales & Marketing or Director of Sales, maintaining and developing clients in the region or industry according to the plan
  • Understand client needs through telephone sales, face-to-face visits, achieving sales
  • Produce quotations efficiently, send contracts to clients and follow-up promptly
  • Manage the resort\'s reservation system to book rooms, banquet venues, etc
  • Send the group resume promptly and ensure that the relevant departments receive the relevant information
  • Establish a good relationship with clients, maintaining the update of client information and promptly report client needs and feedback to the resort
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date customer records in the Sales system
  • Proactively collect market and industry information to share with other members of the Sales team, to target for business opportunities and ultimately convert to business confirmation
  • Understand and be familiar with all product information of competitors, including key clients and their output, rooms, catering, conference related promotion information, and promptly feedback the information to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales
  • Ensure effective communication between the Sales team and the resort\'s operations team through regular meetings
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints, if needed
  • Maximize sales at all times and effectively forecast team and banquet revenue
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Talent Profile
  • Minimum 3 years and above hotel sales and related experience in an international hotel brand
  • Good communication, organization and presentation skills
  • Able to work under strong pressure
  • Understand local customers and have strong market analysis ability
  • Solid track record of sales achievements
  • Positive attitude
  • Committed to delivering a high level of guest experience
