Requirements
We're Hiring! Position: Sales Manager (Palm Oil Mill Industry Products & Services)
Location: Klang, Selangor (occasional outstation travel required)
Full-time | Attractive Salary + Performance Incentives
What We're Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales management within the engineering or industrial sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel and visit clients when required (own transport essential)
• Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the outdoor sales team to achieve company targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Conduct client visits to understand technical requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions
• Work closely with technical and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management
• Coach and mentor sales staff to strengthen their skills and productivity
