- Skills Needed for the position: Experience in Finance Industry
- If experience needed : at least 2 years
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Set sales goals and track progress to meet company objectives.
- Train and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Salary range : RM 4000 + Commission
- Commission range when interview director will let candidate know
