Job Description


s:

  • Responsible for driving the fertiliser sales operations, develop new businesses and maintain foster customer relationship management.
  • Key duties include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, setting sales goals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • To work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, analyse sales performance, and provide training and support to sales staffs.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospect and turn into the effective sales and business.
  • Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated of competitive market, advertising and marketing by reaching potential customers using conventional marketing methods and the trending social media digital marketing tools.
  • Follow up payment closely.
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma or equivalent in any disciplines.
  • Preferably at least 3 year(s) of working experience in Sales
  • Extrovert, positive and possess good communication skills with all levels.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to handle customer tactfully.
  • Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin would be added advantage.
