Responsible for driving the fertiliser sales operations, develop new businesses and maintain foster customer relationship management.
Key duties include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, setting sales goals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
To work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, analyse sales performance, and provide training and support to sales staffs.
Gather feedback from customers or prospect and turn into the effective sales and business.
Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Stay updated of competitive market, advertising and marketing by reaching potential customers using conventional marketing methods and the trending social media digital marketing tools.
Follow up payment closely.
To perform other tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma or equivalent in any disciplines.
Preferably at least 3 year(s) of working experience in Sales
Extrovert, positive and possess good communication skills with all levels.
Proactive, resourceful and able to handle customer tactfully.
Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Able to communicate in Mandarin would be added advantage.
