RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies to enhance our market presenceREQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferably work experience with Medical and Healthcare products or Optical companies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Language: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
• 5+ years of sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Lead and motivate the sales team.
• Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Maintain and expand the customer base.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
