Description
The Sales Manager is in charge of the Monster / Predator Business in Malaysia, and reports directly to the Region Manager of Singapore & Malaysia. This person manages all aspects of business including logistics and P&L, but main focus is in sales generating activities and relationships with Coca-Cola team in order to develop retailers and wholesalers in Malaysia. The main role is to increase top line sales revenue while following strict brand guidelines in terms of profitability (promotional rebates) and brand visibility (approved artworks and merchandise items). He / she will focus on delivering superior execution in Modern Trade (CVS, Super) and General Trade channel. Prior experience in beverage (CSD, non-alcoholic, retail rather than on-trade) is a big plus. He will be a leader who can train, lead by example and motivate the Coca-Cola team to execute the planned activities and deliver the expected results.
