The team for you to join

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to responsible for FCE sales within ROA which includes Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Myanmar.

What would your role look like?

• Responsible for delivering mutually agreed annual sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategy for growth within ROA.
• Sustain and nurture solid relationships with key customers.
• Responsible for day to day management of distributors.
• Work with General Manager to ensure a proficient distributors network throughout the region.
• Execute on identified opportunities together with Business Development Manager to drive sales growth.
• Secure relevant resources within the company to provide technical support, innovation days, complaint handling.
• Drive price increase when necessary.
• Provide report and estimates as per required.
• Utilizing Sales Force as CRM platform to record sales activities.

Who are we looking for?

• Bsc level in food technology or other relevant education.
• Dairy technical experience would be an advantage.
• Self-driven, proactive and team player.
