Job Scope \xc2\xb7 The candidate should be familiar with Singapore AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry. \xc2\xb7 The candidate shall have sales experience with the main contractor, sub-contractor, Consultant, Archi firm etc. \xc2\xb7 The candidate will be involved in selling BIM services (such as On Site BIM modelling services) and digitalisation products (such as digitalisation platforms). \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge on our BIM products as well as other BIM products in Singapore AEC market while liaising with clients and would be advantageous. \xc2\xb7 Make appointments and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers. \xc2\xb7 Develop and acquire new customers from our target market segment(Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultants) and your own resource over the telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting. \xc2\xb7 Provide pre-sales our BIM software consultant and after-sales support for our BIM software implementation \xc2\xb7 Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts. \xc2\xb7 Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skills. \xc2\xb7 Generate weekly sales report and budget projection for management. . Salary up to RM10,000 included sales commission. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in the AEC industry, especially BIM/digital technology for contractors, consultants and building owner in Singapore. \xc2\xb7 Preferably with AEC industry experience candidates. \xc2\xb7 Diploma/Degree Holder with min 4 years of sales or B2B experience in the AEC industry. \xc2\xb7 Take initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge on our BIM products as well as other products in the market while liaising with the client. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel. \xc2\xb7 Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated. \xc2\xb7 Pro-active and able to work independently. \xc2\xb7 Practice integrity and high dedication. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
