Over the years of courageous leadership imperatives, the latest products & technologies to create the TRUST to customers.You will play an important role in the following: * Responsible for managing and developing new existing and new customers.

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, reporting and adjust goals as needed.
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts.
• Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals
• Develop skills continuously for hiring, training and leading team members.
• Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, business partners and end users.
• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
• To conduct sales presentations and negotiations with customers.
• To identify new business opportunities, requirements and winning strategy in the geographical regions allocated.

To be successful in this role you will need to have: * Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field / Certificate in Sales, or equivalent

• 2 years of experience in a related industry
• Able to communicate efficiently in Malay and English
• Possess own vehicle and must be able to travel outstation within a state.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Have a strong passion for sales and a desire to deliver results.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Ability to adapt to growth in a competitive environment.
