• Leading, training, and managing a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and business objectives.
• Developing and implementing data-driven sales strategies to optimize sales performance and grow the business.
• Building long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.
• Preparing and presenting regular business reviews and sales reports to measure performance and identifying areas of improvement.
• Equipping the team with in-depth product knowledge and training them to provide technical consultations to clients.
• Ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales cycle and coaching the sales team to address issues promptly and effectively.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any Science, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management and team leading is mandatory.
• Experience in medical devices/instrumentation/laboratory equipment sales is required.
• Strong leadership, business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
