ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team. THIS POSITION IS BASED IN MALAYSIA. EMPLOYEE WILL LIVE IN REGION.

SUMMARY:

The Sales Manager works to drive enrollment, support retention, develop leadership, and maintain positive distributor relations in Malaysia. The position will create, direct, and implement the overall market-specific strategies as directed by company leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute regional strategic, business, and marketing plans.
  • Consistently increase revenue, enrollments, and over-all growth in Malaysia.
  • Drive regional sales initiatives, incentives, and promotions with competitive intelligence reports.
  • Work closely with other regional teams and relevant department heads to increase distributor base, retention, recognition, and improve overall distributor relations.
  • Travel frequently to various areas within assigned region.
  • Building rapports with leaders and strengthening a foundational corporate-associates relationship. Oversee associates' issues as they arise in region.
  • Work with top leaders to grow and coach their organizations.
  • Manage the organization and execution of meetings, presentations, and electronic communication to increase enrollment and provide distributor training and education.
  • Manage Malaysia independently and show initiative in sales activities.
  • Organize, coordinate & conducting online and offline meeting & training.
  • Communicating company procedures and policy & announcements to the fields.
  • Collecting market relevant information & provide suggestion and recommendation to improve market development and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate & conducting sales events in different states of Malaysia which will cover wide geographically areas.
  • Executing the recognition weekly communications protocols. (Sending congratulatory emails, calls, pin & certificates).
  • Copywriting and editing communication material such as announcement/ notice/ flyers in 3 languages Mandarin, Malay and Chinese.
  • Responsible to operate corporate communication channel such as official Facebook and whatsapp blasting & unified emailing. Make sure all corporate updates and announcement will be communicated timely to the field. Responsible to increase the corporate Facebook penetration and presence to the ASEA associates.
  • Provide full support and assistance to associates relating to field work, market penetration and network organization growth.
  • Aiding cross department request on specific corporate organized events and task.
  • Work with Compliance department to make sure company policy & procedure is carried out in Malaysia in proper manners.
  • Prepare, edit & review all relevant associates training modules.
  • Executing all task request from superior on routine or ad-hoc of market and associates' data collection, analysis, reporting & presentation.
  • Oversee sales department budget allocation and management.
  • In charge the sales department manpower, tasks allocation and monitoring subordinate job performance.
  • To lead Sales support team to guide potential Leaders and members to increase their productivity on enrollments, Subscription / autoship percentage and rank up.
  • Always be proactive to propose and suggest effective aiding tools - reports, analysis, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Full fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malay and in business-related English (verbal, written, comp).
  • At least 5 years' sales experience in the Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry required.
  • Proven track record of growing sales.
  • Excellent relationship building, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Ability to facilitate feedback, promote cooperation, and identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Proven track record inspiring and motivating others, empowering autonomy, and making hard decisions.
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and cost consciousness.
