DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets
To be financially aware of the hotel's objectives and do all possible to accomplish targets
To ensure hotel occupancy and average rate targets are sustained in line with projections detailed in the Annual Business Plan
To establish sales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures and recommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances
To resolve all discrepancies among the staff of his/her department.
To practice and promote the Hatten Hotel Melaka and Values.
To maximize his/her personal contacts and inform the Director of Sales & Marketing or his/her designated person as approved by the management of any discrepancies observed in style and culture.
To follow and enforce the policies and manual of Hatten Hotel Melaka.
Considering his/her role as a representative of the Hotel, he/she will conduct himself/herself correctly in a professional manner.
Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Hotel.
To ensure the profitability of his/her department for short, medium and long term by assuming the total responsibility of the functions assigned to him/her with special emphasis on increasing sales, reduce expenditure, preserve and maintain the assets.
