Tanggungjawab

• Provide pre-sales support, including a comprehensive range of company products, network technical solutions, and proposal highlights.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with clients.
• Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals and presentations to clients.
• Design product solutions to ensure they are competitive and aligned with client needs.
• Identify client requirements and collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with solutions.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve technical-related issues.
• Provide technical support, including a comprehensive range of company products, network technical solutions, and proposal highlights.
• Analyze, follow up, and resolve support inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Engage with customers and sales teams to identify customer requirements and pain points, conducting needs assessments and translating these into tailored solutions.
• Conduct analysis/audits of customer IT infrastructure to identify weaknesses, gaps, and pain points; propose solutions to address these.
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
• Offer technical expertise throughout the sales process to ensure successful implementation and integration of products.
• Provide pre-sales technical support through comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing any technical concerns and offering ongoing support.
• Assist the sales team with opportunity qualification by providing pre-sales technical support.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to gather customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of existing products and the development of new offerings.
• Participate in conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed.
• Assist with daily operational duties and perform ad-hoc accounting assignments as required by the superior.
