• Minimum diploma in Business or related discipline
• 5 years of experience in agribusiness or supply chain is a plus.
• Experience in working/leading multi-disciplinary and cultural teams and departments.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or grocery environment is an advantage.
• Prefer Mandarin Speaker.

Tanggungjawab

• Budgeting and financing the needs of the entire farm
• Coordinate with Marketing in the development & implementation of marketing plans & activities.
• Responsible for the company\'s P&L
• Develop, implement, and monitor delivery and distribution budgets about targeted profitability, market share, and overall direction, including funding of farm-wide requirements.
• Oversee price management (consumer prices, trade margins, cost/price analysis) and investigate cost reduction measures to improve product performance.
• Achieve the best position for different products to maintain the most profitable product mix.
• Supervise the planning & execution of promotional activities in coordination with Marketing to improve the company\'s delivery and support the company\'s product position in the market.
• Participate in defining sales channels, targeted customers, coverage objectives, and sales mix in each market
• Establish positive and constructive business relationships with agents/distributors in each market/country to achieve company strategy.
• Monitor fruit stock levels, delivery schedules, and product quality from the farm.
• Maintain stock levels for center fruits and distribute products to other stores as and when required.- planning to ensure that orders can be fulfilled
• for example, ensuring that sufficient farm workers will be available at critical times and that the necessary equipment is in working order.
• Organizing the sale and purchase of livestock, farm equipment, crops, and agricultural products.- respond to emergencies and solve problems effectively.
• Managing resources (staff performance) and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location\'s revenues.
