Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for executing Sim Leisure Group\xe2\x80\x99s sales target, customer services, compromising Sim Leisure Group, ESCAPE Theme Parks and KidZania Kuala Lumpur.

• Receive sales inquiries through all media (WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.) and reply them promptly with regularly updated park information and sales standard replies.
• Follow up on any pending queries (Corporate, School, Friends & Family) from guests to convert them into ticket sales
• Coordinate with food & beverage (F&B), recreations and other relevant departments on upcoming event (team building, birthday party) and food orders.
• Coordinate site visits and other special request (media shooting, video shootings)
• Constantly look for sales in corporate and school groups
• Document all incoming inquiries and orders properly (particularly event orders) to evaluate conversions, identify trends in sales and comprehend effectiveness of ad campaigns
• Create and maintain records / documentations with accurate and up to date information, according to company and legal standards when required
• Constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed
• To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that Sim Leisure Group\xe2\x80\x99s service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin will be added advantage)
• At least 2-years of experience in customer service, especially in the tourism / leisure industry (preferred but not required)
• Computer-literate, particularly with emails, social media, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
