Job Responsibilities To handle sales enquiries and site visits. Identifies business opportunities by identification and analysing sales options. To ensure strong working relationships are maintained with appointed real estate agencies. To achieve group sales target for all the projects assigned. To plan and implement sales strategies to meet quarterly and monthly sales target. To monitor and track sale processes and to ensure sales are closed within the stipulated period. Able to work closely with marketing team on advertising and promotional campaigns. Able to motivate, develop, train the sales team in term of product knowledge, selling techniques as so on. Able to generate and provide timely sales report to monitor/track performance of the team. To ensure any feedback and complaints from property purchasers are attended to and to resolve the issue promptly. Maintain and ensure that property show units and marketing materials are in good condition at all times. Preparation of sales reports, and other related reports in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. Constantly execute and update market research and analysis of property market. Ensure that sales documentation is well prepared in accordance with the company\'s policies and procedures. Any other sales, marketing related, and administration duties to be assigned from time to time. Requirements Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 5 years\' experience in property development industry. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage. Pleasant disposition with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Willing to travel, independent, highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals, and able to work under pressure. Possess relevant skills in MS Office and social media.
