Strategic Sales LeadershipDefine and execute a winning sales strategy to achieve targets in sales, invoicing rate, Operating Income Ratio (OIR), and customer satisfaction.Consolidate sales forecasts, customer needs (molecule, rental, transport, repair), and competitive intelligence to refine and adjust strategy.2. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with AL affiliates and key customers through quarterly reviews.Deepen understanding of customer needs and molecule usage/application.3. Sales Management & GrowthIdentify and qualify new customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of your offerings.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure customer commitment.Drive customer satisfaction through digital tools, regular reviews, and internal action plans.4. Sales Process & Team Leadership (2-3 people)Develop and implement efficient sales and sales administration processes.Provide ongoing support and resources to Business Developers/Account Managers/Customer supports including sales methodologies, contract templates, pricing lists, and best practices.Champion safety standards within the team.Collaborate with Air Liquide Maritime teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, HSEQ) to optimize processes for safety, quality, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.Provide clear goals, coaching, feedback, and training to your team members.Lead effectively, adapting workloads and team organization as needed.Are you a MATCH?Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in technical/engineering discipline required; MBA is a plusLeadership skills : engage with various stakeholders and different cultures.
