Recruit, train, manage, coach, and lead the department - Maximising sales team potential.
Monitor the progress of projects and ensure completion on time and meet target/s.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecast to achieve objectives for our existing and future projects \xe2\x80\x93 to present to the management team
Build and promote strong relationships with clients \xe2\x80\x93 existing and future clients
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least Degree in related field.
Strong coordination skills able to communicate and articulate to get things done, a strong sense of responsibility and independence
At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a related position with proven track records.
Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Verbal & Written).
Experienced in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business processes and functions (sales & marketing, finance, operations etc.)
