Requirements

This role needs to liaise directly with client/vendor directly.

• 1-5 years experience in IT industry, specifically IT Infrastructure/Cybersecurity Distributor; System Integrator or Principal)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
• Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
• Possess own transport, and have no issue traveling within Klang Valley for work.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs.
• Identify sales opportunities for ICT Solutions.
• Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Identifying industry trends.
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Benefits

WORKING HOUR: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mon to Fri (5 days work, not working on weekend)

WORKING LOCATION: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
