Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional
Sales Manager
with a hunter mindset and regional exposure to drive Dickson's growth across
APAC
. This individual will promote our
Sensor-as-a-Service
offerings encompassing hardware, software, installation, calibration, validation, and support services.
Responsibilities
Design and execute the APAC sales plan: growth areas, outreach strategy, pipeline development
Sell
technical solutions
involving both hardware & SaaS for regulated environments
Conduct product demos to prospects and customers
Manage and grow distributor network across APAC
Work closely with technical, logistics, marketing, and product teams
Represent Dickson at industry events
Build strong relationships in the pharma, biotech, and compliance ecosystems
Qualifications & Ideal Profile
Bachelor's or Masters in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
5-10 years experience in B2B sales with
regulated industries
(pharma, lab, life sciences, etc.)
Prior exposure to
cold chain
,
instrumentation
, or
lab equipment sales
Proven success managing APAC
markets
or regional client portfolios
Strong understanding of
value selling
in a technical environment
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and willing to travel ~50% of the time
Fluent in English;
Bahasa and Mandarin
is a strong advantage
Malaysian nationality only
