An exciting Sales Manager position has just been made available in one of the most renowned Heavy Machinery (Logging) Sector. This position will be the first employee in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the suitable candidate shall be an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager from the Timber/Wood/Heavy industry executing the following responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities Overseeing the accountability on budgeted sales and costs within Malaysia by developing and sustaining sales, key accounts, and new business revenue streams. Overseeing the marketing campaigns that are align with the Global Corporate Marketing initiatives. Identifying, building and developing a team of professional Business Development Talents with outstanding sales force effectiveness skills, with strong customer focus and disciplined sales delivery. Oversee the logistic & movement of products across the market. Oversee the translation of global corporate identity, image and brand principles into the Rest of Asia organization and market. Provide operational performance improvement plans and manage service levels and project turn-around times. To succeed in the position, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with cross-functional departments Experience Requirements: At least 10 years of total experiences in Business Development functions within reputable and successful Timber/Wood/Agriculture industries High integrity, respect for colleagues with an entrepreneurial spirit. Full Sales, Technical Services and P&L management experience. Minimum of 5 years of management on Business Development function.
