Drive sales initiatives for the company's products and services in Oil & Gas sector
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation
Providing sales support to the team, including preparing sales proposals, managing customer relationships, and closing deals
Assisting with the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed targets
Monitoring and analysing sales performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the sales team
Staying up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field , preferably within the oil and gas, energy or a related industry
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
