Primary commercial interface between Volvo CE, direct customer
Drive and support customer in the sales of Volvo CE products
Execute sales business plan to achieve sales targets
Monitor and report market trends sales performance
Listen to concerns and issues from customers and recommend appropriate actions
Work in close cooperation with Product/Service Managers, Aftermarket and Head of Sales
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities
Responsible for marketing Volvo CE range in one of the 4 regions of Peninsula Malaysia
Grow Volvo CE market share in various sectors such as road machinery, quarry, mining, agriculture, industrial and forestry segment.
Responsible to service existing clients as well as to penetrate new markets and secure new clients
Accountable for orders and sales targets
Drive and assist customers in selecting the most appropriate technical configuration/ solution, analise local customer\'s needs and identify the right Volvo CE product for them
Identify and cultivate strategic relationships at all levels of customer organization
Use of Volvo CE internal tools to provide accurate sales forecast, activities, prospects and lost sales on a weekly basis
Follow up on receivables
Pre-sales - communicate & secure commitment with dealer\'s aftermarket management on Volvo CE on wanted position, strategy, KPI & ensure adherence on all CSA agreed activities & targets, collaborate with aftermarket & dealer sales to incorporate selling the CSA and Volvo CE attachments as an integral part of the machine sales
Degree in any engineering or business fields from a recognized university or institution
At least 3 years experience in CE or similar industry
Min 3 years of working in a similar capacity
Preferred technical knowledge on CE
Good analytical skills & understanding of the B2B practice
Strong customer orientation/ ability to entertain
Excellent communication skills in English and able to converse Chinese dialects
Commercially and business focus. Target driven
Team player with ability to work under minimum supervision
Can take the pressure from a demanding industry
Proven leadership qualities

Strong market knowledge of the industry and market
Has the ability to build strong network internally and externally with customers
