[HIDDEN TEXT] Key responsibilities Responsible for sales of surfactant ingredients to the personal care, home care and industrial portfolio. Manage direct sales to producers and distributors. Develop and implement sales plans to accomplish growth targets. Promote and execute sales & marketing activities. Liaise with customers on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and building as well as developing new clients. Any ad-hoc projects as assigned. Role requirements A good Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in General Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent. At least 5-10 years of sales experience in surfactant industry. Knowledge and experience in SLS, SLES, ethoxylates, etc. will be preferable. Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with people from all levels and good negotiator. Self-starter, proactive and has initiative. Dynamic, focused, and resilient. Regional travel is required.
