Diploma / Degree holders in any discipline.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
\xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
\xc2\xb7 Good product knowledge in mortgages and SME loans for convention and Islamic banking will be an advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\xc2\xb7 Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia - written as well as spoken. Ability to speak a 3rd language will be an advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Streetwise, with good selling and negotiation skills.
\xc2\xb7 Able to understand customer behavior, market conditions in area of operations and to adapt to it.
\xc2\xb7 Open to new ideas and willingness to learn.
\xc2\xb7 Willing to work hard towards obtaining sales leads / opportunities and to close them.
\xc2\xb7 Embrace performance driven sales culture.
\xc2\xb7 Team player with integrity.
\xc2\xb7 Preferably possess own transport.
