Achieve Sales and Rental Targets
- Objective: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and rental service targets.
- Role: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our machinery rental services to new and existing clients. Report on sales performance and market trends regularly.
- Timeframe: Consistently achieve targets within the first six months and maintain performance.
- Metrics: Sales volume, rental service contracts signed, revenue generated.2. Develop New Markets and Clients:
- Objective: Expand our client base and market reach in your assigned area.
- Role: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, and build relationships with potential clients and business partners.
- Timeframe: Build a strong pipeline of new clients within the first six months.
- Metrics: Number of new clients acquired, market penetration rate, new business revenue.3. Maintain and Strengthen Client Relationships
- Objective: Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Role: Provide excellent after-sales support, address client concerns quickly and offer customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Timeframe: Ongoing, with regular client satisfaction reviews every three months.
- Metrics: Client retention rate, customer satisfaction scores, repeat business volume.4. Cross-sales and B2B Engagement
- Objective: Increase sales through effective cross-selling and B2B strategies.
- Role: Work with other departments to find cross-sales opportunities and run B2B sales initiatives.
- Timeframe: Implement cross-sales strategies within the first three months and review results every three months.
- Metrics: Cross-sales revenue, number of B2B engagements, partnership success rate.5. Payment Collection
- Objective: Ensure timely and accurate payment collection from clients.
- Role: Implement effective payment collection processes and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Timeframe: Reduce outstanding payments within the first three months.
- Metrics: Collection rate, days sales outstanding (DSO), reduction in overdue accounts.Job Requirements1. Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent.2. Experience in equipment rental, and sales of tower cranes, forklifts, heavy machinery, boom lifts, scissor lifts, or construction equipment.3. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and local dialects. Mandarin is an added advantage.4.
