- Objective: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and rental service targets.
- Role: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our machinery rental services to new and existing clients. Report on sales performance and market trends regularly.
- Timeframe: Consistently achieve targets within the first six months and maintain performance.
- Metrics: Sales volume, rental service contracts signed, revenue generated.2. Develop New Markets and Clients:
- Objective: Expand our client base and market reach in your assigned area.
- Role: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, and build relationships with potential clients and business partners.
- Timeframe: Build a strong pipeline of new clients within the first six months.
- Metrics: Number of new clients acquired, market penetration rate, new business revenue.3. Maintain and Strengthen Client Relationships

- Metrics: Collection rate, days sales outstanding (DSO), reduction in overdue accounts.Job Requirements1. Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent.2. Experience in equipment rental, and sales of tower cranes, forklifts, heavy machinery, boom lifts, scissor lifts, or construction equipment.3. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and local dialects. Mandarin is an added advantage.4.
