.Key Responsibilities

To support the team in preparing the necessary documents, paperwork, applications for all government / agencies and authority.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in developing and implementing market campaigns across various channels including social media and others digital channels.
Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent (e.g., business management, real estate)
At least 2 years working experience in a similar role/ property industry.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work both as a team and independently with minimum supervision.
