Job Description


  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in Sales/Sales Operation/Sales administration will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Able to work closely in a team
  • Self-motivated and result orientated.
  • Willing to start immediately.
Responsibilities
  • To provide administration support to sales team.
  • To follow up on sales collection, inquires, sales data entry and general sales admin.
  • To assist and support other daily administration duties.
  • To prepare and compile marketing materials
  • To handle any other tasks assigned from time to time.
  • Handle all documentations on sales enquiry and preparation quotation.
  • To assist apply of working permit / visa
  • Handle Company\'s social media platform & website.
