Job Description


  • Possess strong communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively communicate with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Good computer literacy in using Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator to supports the Sales team for handling sales & administrative activities with efficiency and promoting customers satisfaction.
  • Assisting the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting new and existing customers for sales related activities.
  • Handling calls, emails, messages & etc. for customer\'s enquiries, orders, arranging delivery dates and etc.
  • Inputting orders to production team, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
