About The Role (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage Social Media such as Facebook/Website/Tiktok ads and set up lead generation, messenger ads, engagement ads, etc
• Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
• Work closely with the marketing and design team on digital marketing assets creations such as upload banner/teasers on the online business platforms and branches.
• Implement creative ideas based on the understanding of the product\xe2\x80\x99s communication strategy and key claims.
• Execution of all agreed strategies and marketing activities within budget
• Proactively lead within a project, manage and oversee the entire development process.
• Generate event reports that provide further insights into the team performance that can be used for evaluation and analytical purposes
• Perform market analysis, competitor evaluation, and research on the latest trends and support with ideas for growth.
• Assist to push sales for online activations such as live-streaming and creative writing for social media purposes
• The ability to utilize simple video editing tools is a plus.

• Must possess a diploma or degree in marketing, mass communication, or any related field.
• Experienced in social media marketing.
• Proactive, multitasker, hardworking, and responsible.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Melayu proficiently.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
