Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain and increase company revenue from existing accounts.
Support the direct supervisor in reaching sales targets and corporate objectives.
Forecast the requirements to meet regional sales goals.
Monitor monthly sales targets for both new and existing projects.
Compile monthly sales reports with sales data and project updates for headquarters.
Formulate and execute sales strategies to optimize business development routes.
Oversee the sales operations of the organization to achieve business strategy objectives.
Maintain regular communication with clients to identify new opportunities and address customer inquiries and needs.
Participate in conferences, group meetings, and exhibitions, providing presentations at customer locations.
Monitor credit control, inventory management, delivery status, and shipping arrangements for international clients.
Perform other occasional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any relevant field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Sales Support, preferably in the Electronics/Components or related industries.
Demonstrates a positive problem-solving attitude by identifying the underlying causes of challenges, formulating solutions, and assisting others in achieving resolutions.
Effective and self-assured in both written and spoken English for productive communication with English-speaking stakeholders.
Willing to travel within the Klang Valley at least once a month.
