Responsibilities:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Working in full sales cycle: discover, develop, propose, negotiate, and closing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains relationships with clients / agents by providing support, information, and guidance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling clients / agents questions, inquiries, and complaints. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively sourcing and contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email or in person. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and sending quotations / proposals. \xe2\x80\xa2 To raise recommendations / proposals to management for below tasks:- \xef\x83\x98 Seek approval to accept order from new clients/agents \xef\x83\x98 Seek approval to accept change in payment terms if it less favourable. \xef\x83\x98 Seek approval to accept direct clients order with payment issue as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with operations team daily to ensure all inquiries & shipment arrangement done accurately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Sales Admin staff on product\xe2\x80\x99s new spec requirement or existing spec revised by client/agent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Sales Admin staff and Store Department to ensure the availability of finished goods inventory as well as the client\xe2\x80\x99s shipment deliver on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and follow up with payment/collection in a timely manner according to SOP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compiling, recording and filing of all Sales & Marketing related documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Building and maintaining a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database. \xe2\x80\xa2 As company\xe2\x80\x99s Management representative \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior/management from time to time. Requirements:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Academy \xef\x83\x98 Possess minimum diploma, advanced/higher, bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or professional degree in relevant field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience \xef\x83\x98 Possess 1-2 years working experience in related field. \xef\x83\x98 Fresh graduated are welcome. \xe2\x80\xa2 Skill \xef\x83\x98 Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Computer literate \xef\x83\x98 Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision. \xef\x83\x98 Work effectively and efficiently in highly collaborative team environment. \xef\x83\x98 Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player. \xef\x83\x98 Personality: Passionate about sales, ability to create and deliver presentations, self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results people oriented, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with colleagues. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Good communication skill, able to see things from the other person\'s point of view. Willing to participate in company activities/events.
